The Great Lakes Light Keepers Association recognize the totals as follows:

Superior: 72
Michigan: 87
Huron: 76
Erie/St Clair: 50
Ontario: 41

This includes active and inactive lights. It does not however include reconstruction or replica lights, such as Olcott or Oak Orchard on Lake Ontario.

Does anyone know the accurate number of lighthouses on the Great Lakes?
