According to information from the Marinetraffic.com website, could the CSL Welland possibly be on the move and also participating in Sea Trials perhaps? She is due in Zhoushan, China on September 5 at approximately noonish for Sea Trials or departing from there to Canada? Anyone with any further details or information on this is greatly appreciated.
