I'm wondering how the conditions and pay at Montreal's grain terminal compare to workers at other loading terminals on the Great Lakes.
Usually they work from 7:00-15:00 (with an hour for lunch from 11-noon) and then the overtime is from 16:00-22:00. They never work overnight. So I don't understand what they are talking about working evening vs. night.
