Watching the 9 and 10 news webcam and the Corp webcams it looks like to me that winter work is still being performed on the Mac.

Mac Lock is schedule to open for business in the middle of April. She went out of service for the winter in mid-December as usual.

With a very slow season anticipated, could they get by with only the Poe this year ? Or delay the Mac opening until much later in the season ? Yes, there would be some delays incurred but how impactful would that be (in reality, not rhetorically) ?

They don't usually put a crew on the Mac till traffic warrants two locks... usually around when the tour boats start up.

Is the Mac Lock down? Or are they running everything through the
Poe again to up the numbers?
