This photo was included in a series of historical Detroit photos taken by Ira Rosenberg. It shows the Ren-Cen going up in the background with the J.A.W. Iglehart on the river and the police dealing with a suspected pipe bomb on Belle Isle in the foreground. Only in Detroit!
