It looks like the Manitoulin is now headed to Thunder Bay?

That would be a first for them as far as visiting Hancock as I don't recall them or for that matter a Lower Lakes vessel ever delivering salt cargoes to Hancock as that's usually been done in the past by Algoma ships. Just wonder now if in the future we could be seeing more Lower Lakes ships delivering salt up there to Hancock now?

Thanks, also the Capt Henry Jackman, Manitoulin and Algosteel are all enroute to Goderich at this time. I suspect weather may delay some or all of them. Best to keep watching AIS and see what happens. Lattimer departed Goderich early this AM for Green Bay on a very unusual trip for her. If the Hancock load is next up look for it to be Capt Henry Jackman as they will be the next to load. But as usual schedules will change with dock and weather conditions!

Algosteel is in the Welland Canal with a load of salt for Toronto. The Capt. Henry Jackman is anchored in southern Lake Huron with a destination of Goderich. No boat is at Sifto Salt, Goderich

Goderich has been running behind on salt production which has caused obvious delays. The name and actual date of the Hancock bound salt load has not been released but should be loaded in the next 24 hours. Keep watch on AIS. Algosteel is in route to Goderich according to AIS, perhaps destined for Hancock? Right now we have the American Mariner parked off of Pequaming in Keweenaw Bay due to very high winds and waves on Lake Superior with the final destination of Marquette.
