I would think so if it reopens. I can't imagine the gravity dock at Presque Isle having the capacity to handle the output of two mines. On the other hand, I think Escanaba could handle the output of both mines, unless they really ramped up production, compared to the recent past.
Time will tell. Right now Cliffs is just trying to get the states of Michigan and Minnesota into a bidding war, probably with regulatory changes and tax incentives.
