No, the picture posted in the news gallery makes it appear like the rebuilt boom is attached to an hydraulic system. The hydraulic system you are seeing in the picture is from the James L. Kuber. If you look at other pictures in the news gallery you will see that the Saginaw's rebuilt boom is not attached to any hydraulics system.

Is the old A Frame on the Saginaw being replaced? It looks like the new boom has it's own mounting system with hydraulics etc.
