AIS shows the Spartan tied up in Chicago Harbor, just upstream of the lock. I assume they are doing another one of those trips where their loaded barge is transported down to Lemont via the Chicago Sanitary Canal and returns empty via the Cal-Sag Canal and the Calumet River. It would be interesting to see that big barge headed through downtown Chicago, but I don't know when they arrived, so that may have already happened on this trip.
