FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR ROUGE RIVER IN DETROIT. * FROM NOW UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. * AT 9 PM TUESDAY THE STAGE IS 15.5 FEET AND FALLING. * FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET. * MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING. * FORECAST.. THE RIVER SHOULD FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE TONIGHT.

I see Herbert C. Jackson is at the Rouge Steel Plant. Wonder if the flooding has made problems for it or other freighters.
