My first sighting of the season

by Bookworm » April 25, 2017, 12:27 am

Wickedly windy on Lake Huron, but the sun was shining, giving me the perfect excuse to run away from home! I had hoped it was a "twofer" day, but it got dark, LAT wasn't moving, and it's a 2-hour drive home. I sure got spoiled living on the St. Clair River for five years! A line from the 80's classic, "All I need is a Miracle," (Mike & the Mechanics) just popped into my head: "...you never know what you've got till it's gone!"
