Found this sale listing from St. Croix:

It's the former G-tug
Missouri and
Michigan that went to Puerto Rico in 1997. Now running under the name
Cape Flattery. This is the first I've seen of the tug since it left the Lakes. Incredible that it's still around in the Caribbean at age 102.
