You probably won't, because the rebuild didn't require blueprints of the entire ship, but just the cargo holds. I would be surprised to find any blueprints of her as a cement carrier, and if they exist, finding them would be a lot of work. My advice to you- build the vessel with the 1904 cargo ship blueprints and then try to make alterations. Or, if you are really feeling ambitious, you could try to hunt down the conversion blueprints.
