The painting of the Canadian Constructor is most likely 80+ years old. Night scene on black velvet by unknown artist. Signature appears to be N Cockell from New Zealand.
Size 21" high 23.5" wide. Weight 6 lbs.

Canadian Constructor was built in Halifax, N.S. in 1922. In 1939 she was sold and renamed Argos Hill. She burned at sea in 1945.
