I would say not since the Seaway will be closing by the end of the month. If they were laying up on the Seaway somewhere, then it would have to get up to Thunder Bay without delays and load and then get back down and out before the Seaway closes by the end of the month. I just don't see that happen...

Does anyone know if the Thunder Bay will be making anymore trips up to Thunder Bay, ON this season?
