There is a large section of freighter anchor chain for sale on craigslist cleveland. Located in Avon Lake ohio. Check it out

The publication "Boats and Harbors" contains marine related marketplace.information. You can go to their website and you should be able. to find all the anchor chain you need. Might be an issue getting it from where it's at to where you need it.
