Was it ever owned by St. Lawrence Cement or did it operate under a charter agreement?

Arrived Montreal October 22, 1986 with the tug Petite Forte, and departed upbound through the Seaway for the first time November 2-3, 1986.
For a long time it was registered in Barbados and diD not enter the Canadian register until 1994 when it was renamed St.Marys Cement III.

Last used under the name St. Marys Cement III, it is currently laid up in Muskegon. I wonder if they may be taking material handling parts off it to use on the conversion of the Cleveland Rocks into a cement carrier.

I have found a slide of the barge Clarkson Carrier in a collection I recently acquired and was wondering if anyone has any information on this vessel?
