Third Welland Canal
Whilst my family and in-laws attempted to incarcerate us all at Great Wolf Lodge - my nephew attempted and succeeded with a " jail break " to go see the Welland Canal drained. This was a lot of fun for us.
" This is my kind of water park " he proclaimed.
However, what really caught our interest are the remnants / ruins of the third canal. I told him there has to be pictures or videos of ships using it because it was decommissioned in living memory. As well, there were boats called, Canalers.
Does anybody have pictures or videos of the Third Canal in operation? Or, does anybody know where we could find them?
