Soo Update

As of 5:45 p.m. on March 24, I’m showing the tug Sharon M I and barge headed up for the Soo along with the Dirk S. VanEnkevort and barge Michigan Trader both tugs in the lower river now. James R. Barker is by De Tour headed up. Burns Harbor is down below Whitefish right now.
