CSL Welland updates

The MMSI for the CSL Welland is 316026695. There are two listings on the Marine Traffic Site but 316026695 is what Industry Canada shows.

I noticed that both the marinetraffic.com website along with the vesseltracker.com one now has the CSL Welland listed on their sites with the call sign CFK5151 along with its MMSI Number which is 316000808 listed as well. The IMO Number though is not listed but, my question is Does this mean then that it may not be much longer before she departs from China for her voyage to Canada? There has not been many updates or photos posted of the new CSL Welland and was wondering what if anything anyone heard as far Sea Trials or a departure date? Any information is very much appreciated. Thanks.
