The Presque Isle recently went to anchor between St. Ignace and the Island. The Alpena has been anchored NW of St. Helena Island in Lake Michigan all day and the Victory/James L. Kuber has been anchored since yesterday off St. Joseph/Benton Harbor.
Haven't seen by watching AIS any boats anchored in Lake Superior, but here in Duluth the past two afternoons we've had a lot of wind, gusting to 25-30 mph. Temp is a balmy 50, but at least it's sunny.

This has pretty much been the mid to southern Lake Michigan weather all week.

Anchored for weather (wind) is my best guess.
