Anchored in Green Bay

Colorado Star was one of them according to the vessel passage page. There were high winds in the area Sunday night and into Monday so perhaps anchored due to the wind or low water in the Fox River, or dock availibility.

Word has it that there were 2 freighters anchored between Green Bay and Dyksville in the Bay of Green Bay most of this past weekend. If so, does anyone know which ones and why?
