She moved from winter layup to the Bean Dock on Saturday. Why do you think she is not sailing?

I believe it has to do with the economy. Not sailing as much to save money

Wondering what the story is behind the reason the Highlander is not sailing this year. Is it because the Coast Guard will not license her to carry more than 12 passengers, therefore not making it financially profitable ?
