Watching tug Missouri nudge saltie Prosna into the Poe Lock this morning gave me a new appreciation for the skill and experience required by tug operators. Until seeing the precision used in this maneuver, watching tugs pushing/pulling barges on the St. Clair River was pretty much all I knew of their work. So, a big salute to tug masters and their crews!
