In the Mariner's case, maybe setting the blocks for her in the drydock? Just a guess.....

The Sykes did the same thing but only for a day. The Sykes went down the lake to about Sheboygan before turning around and coming back and entering the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal. Just wondering.9

The Joseph L. Block arrived at Bay Ship today, coming in from the lake side and backing in to Berth 3.

It looks like the Stewart J. Cort is inbound, as are the Joyce L. VanEnkevort/Great Lakes Trader, Walter J. McCarthy and the Burns Harbor - all showing Sturgeon Bay on AIS.
