have you looked into dry transfers? I know Woodland Scenics made some lettering dry transfers. Other option would be to print non-white on plain decal film.

What could I use to put the words REPUBLIC STEEL CORPORATION on the hull of a wood model of Valley Camp? The lettering would be approx. 3 inches tall TIA
