I agree with many here and echo their comments. Great job indeed on your Sarnia lay-up photos Phil. You did a truly fantastic job with your photos and I agree asit almost feels like being there in person when I look at them. Keep up the good work Phil as I enjoy your photos here.

Thanks for the great shots, Phil! I was just looking at Marine Traffic earlier this morning, wondering what Lay-up looks like in and around Sarnia. I will have to take a trip up that way some winter to see it for myself. Until then, your documentation is more than I could have asked for.

That looks to be a construction heater, hot air travels down the flexible duct hose. Inspection and/or work on the bow thruster must be planned. Sometimes you’ll hear these referred to as ‘Herman Nelsons’, which is akin to calling facial tissue ‘Kleenex’.

Possibly portable heating / ventilation units for work going on in the thruster tunnel? Looks like the tunnel is blocked off for work.
