However, Lower Lakes owns a couple of trucks so they could have easily stripped the parts in Hamilton themselves.

Yelled out to a crew member today at lock 8 and he indicated parts will be stripped in Sarnia, likely for the Cuyahoga, then it's headed for scrap. Enjoy her while she lasts...

It could be where they plan to strip her for parts to be used elsewhere, OR perform repairs.

Does anybody have any inside info on what's going on with Missisagi? We were led to believe that her last run was in the fall to Hamilton, where it was tied up in layup. Currently they are in the Welland Canal with a destination of Sarnia.
