CORT’s EMD main engines (4) require no scrubbers.

The Cort was occupying the dock where the cruise ships visiting Milwaukee were going to dock. It was moved to Bayship to make room for them; in addition, it's been housing the crew for the Mark Barker until their ship is ready for them.

Why would the Stewart J Cort move from Milwaukee winter layup to Sturgeon Bay to just sit at new location?

In layup until demand improves.

She's not sailing because of lack of demand

Not enough work, especially being limited to one dock the way she is. Her fitout has been pushed out a couple of times now. There is a real possibility she may not sail at all this year.

Not in for scrubbers and still in layup.

Is Stewart J Cort getting scrubbers? Or still in layup? I noticed that she isn't sailing yet.

TIA
