Nearly all of the Wagenborg ships I see in the Great Lakes seem relatively small compared to other saltwater vessels. Despite their smaller sizes, they must be profitable to operate in the Seaway trade as they seem quite common. Are there any special commodities and/or trade routes that permit these ships to operate on transatlantic service? They are some of the best-looking ships in the Saltwater Seaway trade today, at least in my opinion.
