I WOULD THINK THE CAPTAIN WOULD BE RESONSIBLE FOR THE INJURED CREWMEMBER. HE WILL LIKILY REJOIN THE VESSEL IN MONTREAL EVEN FLAGS OF CONVIENCE VESSELS HAVE AN PBLIGATION TO THEIR CREW MEMBERS

Stuff happens in the darndest places and times.
So sad about the line handler off the Fednav job downbound at the Soo. Curious...will Fednav help him? How does he get back to his ship?
Time of year makes it tough too!
