AIS Thursday mid morning shows the Manitoulin and Herbert C Jackson at anchor i n Goulais Bay. They have been there since last night....so maybe a little more than 12 hours. Is there something going on there? Seems odd!
At first I thought maybe they were headed for Marquette and it was busy so they were waiting for space to open up. Marquette is not busy. The weather out on Superior looks fair.
