When the Mariner arrived in Duluth earlier in the week she needed tugboat assistance to move through the harbor, suggesting a possible thruster issue.

The incident last spring was at Munuscong Lake, not Sault Ste. Marie

Yeah, that was their second concurrent NTSB investigation.

In today’s boatnerd news it said the American mariner hit the munoscong lake light Last year Was this another incident the ship was involved in other than the problem they had running aground in sault st. Marie last spring? I don’t recall hearing about the munoscong lake light accident. Currently the American mariner is in Fraser shipyard for some sort of repairs anyone know what they are doing? Any info is appreciated tia
