It seems they are experiencing delays, as the government website says completion spring 2025

The contract has two phases. The first is a 14-month engineering and procurement phase. The second phase is an 18-month work period where the vessel is drydocked for the life extension project.

When is the terry fox icebreaker supposed to leave the dry dock at port weller? It has been there for two years which is crazy to think about
