The Rosaire A. Desgagnés is anchored off Dubai while the Miena Desgagnés is at the Hamriyah Free Zone, UAE.

I think that’s ok But use a Canadian crew on the ship Isn’t there two Desgagnes ship stuck in the gulf
I ve heard as many as 20 thousand sailors are trapped in the gulf

Desgagnes has applied for a Coastal Trading License to use the foreign-flagged BBC MARYLAND to replace MIENA DESGAGNES on the Arctic supply run this summer, as Miena is currently stuck in the Persian Gulf.
