Thanks, Scottythree. I have seen a similar model in that scheme. The importance of the Chicago pic is that it verifies that it correct.

That's a great photo, and it shows what I need, the cabin tops and area around the hatches are red/brown. Many thanks!

Str John Ericsson colors while under ULS ownership

I am trying to verify color scheme for the John Ericsson while she belonged to ULS. I am looking for the colors around the cabins and the cabin tops/pilot house deck, and the area around the hatches. I also think most trim on the cabins was painted black? Thanks in advance.
