Il Mostro - Looking to photograph an 80' Famous Ocean Racing Sailboat that is headed to it's new owner in Chicago. Has raced in the "Around the World Races, first trip through the Great Lakes.
At 8AM she was crossing Lake St. Clair, I am trying to catch her as she passes under the Mackinac Bridge.
She is Black & Red, monohull, and if under power, will look very unusual with (2) large Black Daggerboards, sticking up from the deck, just behind the mast.
She motors at 12K, So I am esitmating she is already out of the St Clair River, in Lake Huron and heading up to The Straits.
