I live in Windsor Ontario, a few blocks from the Detroit River, every day and night I hear the distinctive sound of the horns on the river, always the same.
A single long note followed by two short ones. I wanted to know what it meant so I looked around, one site names it the "Master Salute" but from videos I've seen on youtube I thought that was supposed to be three long notes and two short ones.
can anyone help clarify this for me? Thank you in advance
