Strangely enough, Birchglen is on her way to Burns harbor with a load of windmill parts loaded at Gros Cacounna, Quebec, came from an overseas origin, Flinterstream left the Cote St Catherine wharf above lock 2 with a load of windmill parts for Burns Harbor, Canadian origin, trucked in from Trois Rivieres area, then we have the Nickelena and barge heading to Belledune New Brunswick, with a load of nacelles for windmill farms from Burns Harbor. The latter is still at Quebec City, for some unknown reason(s). Tentative departure is Oct 17, 1300 hrs,

You are correct. They are wind turbine nacelles being transported from Burns Harbor, IN out the seaway. The tug is the Nickelena.

They look like wind turbine nacelles. But seems odd they would be downbound.
