A contrator doing work on the intake pipe for the new water authority plant in Webster is using the Ferry Terminal as a staging area for the work.

What are they doing at the ferry terminal? They have been working on something since the summer, and I drove by the other day and see they are still there. Does anyone know what they are doing?
