Guys -
Does anyone have a photo of the side or front of the JB's smoke stack taken this year (2010)? There are photos of her aft view from this summer on her photo page, but not what I am looking for. Am looking for the presence or not of some equipment on her.
Also, I had talked with the ship's tender last week. She has been stripped of her historical & collectable artifacts, along with much of her re-useable machinery over the years of inactivity. She is a shell of a boat anymore and is waiting for scrap prices to climb again. As with many old boats, the costs of asbestos removal often makes the scrap value nearly zero these days.
