I’ve been watching your post, Al, for a reply because the salt delivery to Toledo is the least reported port activity. I am only guessing the reason might be that salt deliveries are the only shipping contracts at the port that are entirely state & municipal government generated business. The port reports for Toledo, for all other commodities, from CSX, Jim Hoffman, and the vessel passage site are always in detail and greatly appreciated. Another ship of interest this week at Toledo is Paul R. Tregurtha at Torco. I don’t remember another footer shipping to Toledo this year, last year, or ?. I am wondering how Big Paul could deliver a load of ore to Toledo with recent weather and lake levels without bottoming out.
