AIS hit came on about an hour later up bound Wilfred Sykes.

Ship was up bound passing off the Portage Lake Piers about 20:30 on 4-25, was a traditional ship with a stern boom and tall loop belt elevator. Nothing showing on the AIS, Algosteel and Oberstar are down bound by are up near the Manitious.
