Could’ve been weather relayed due to wind or possibly currents in the river? They may have gotten a lot of rain perhaps thus causing issues in the river with the current being too strong? Just my ideas and thoughts.

Anyone know why the Algoma Intrepid needed the Tug North Dakota to tow her up the Saginaw River today?
