The Jiiman, that has been laid up at Sarnia for 3 years is not expected to return to service. To repair the corrosion issue, is in the millions. I witnessed the Pelee Islander after the collision with the dock and its about 12-14" gash and is above the waterline. Doesn't appear to need a dry dock. US Coast Guard didn't see the need to be involved.
