when is crane leaving the great lakes? fall of 2023 or spring of 2924? will it be a dann tug doing the tow? thanks for any and all information

Saw that article about the big blue crane, there must be a typo, it says it has a lifting capacity of 140 tons, that seems pretty light for such a big crane. I was on ships with cranes that had that capacity.
