There isn't enough water in Sheboygan Harbor for commercial vessels, and as fast as the EPA is closing coal fired plants there will never be coal delivered there by water again. Most vessels are quite a ways off Sheboygan when transiting the lake, even those running between Escanaba and Indiana Harbor. You'd be hard pressed to identify ships off Rawley Point, north of Two Rivers, they are that far off the Wisconsin shore.
