FEDNAV Canadian flagged ARVIK I usual running between Montreal, Quebec City, and High Arctic Mines (Deception Bay) is listed as headed to Varna Bulgaria - Is this for a 5 year survey? a new run?

Both Jean-Joseph & Arvik I are headed overseas - is this to replace runs from the 2 Desgagnes ships stuck in The Persian Gulf?
