The Tug Barge combo in the Buffalo River in the news photos for 10/30 are Danial Johncaire and Havisu II. Havisu II is the newly constructed pedestal crane barge owned by New York Power Authority. Havisu II was built by the Great Lakes Group and is specifically intended to help with installation and removal of the ice boom.
Not sure of the ID of the combo in the canal though.
