According to AIS, Lee A Tregurtha while downbound is at anchor between St. Ignace and Mackinac Island. According to local weather reports winds are 15 knts. with waves 1ft. Doesn't seem those conditions would warrant a stop for weather. Does anyone know why she may be anchored there at this time? John
